We cant watch videos (like on youtube) on the computer as it says this:

I try to install the latest flash player but when i click download a bar appears at the top sayingHello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player.
Can anyone tell me how to fix these please? All that info above is like gobbledygook to me.:o Our browser is internet explorer version 7 if thats any help.Your security settings do not allow websites to use active x controls installed on your computer.

Go to tools>internet settings>security>reset all zones to default levels then try installing it again.0
