Bought a leather suite 29/10/05 it has started to fall to bits, reid say that hey have ordered a new frame (coming from China) I am not happy with replacement parts and would like a new sofa (it is in their sale cheaper than I paid). Can I demand a replacement. And can anybody give me the name and address of the managing director or chairman of reid furniture so I can write them a nice letter about their customer service.
