Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30CDi exceeding max CO2 output?

I had my boiler serviced today, by the same company that installed it 2 years ago.
All went well and the engineer gave me a copy of the test results. He said the results were excellent all round, as expected as WB's are good machines - 96.7% efficient etc.
He also pointed out the max CO2 output was only 9.8%, which was also good. He proceeded to look at the technical data table in the manual, presumably to show the results were good.
(This is where my story get a little - not much more! - interesting).
When he consulted the table, is said the information wasn't there and changed the subject to something else.
I later looked at the manual myself.
The table (if I read it right), says the max output should be 9.6% (min 9.0%). Actual results was 9.8%.
So my question is, is this a problem? I presume when a manufacturer, says the max is something, then it shouldn't be exceeded unless its dysfunctional?
I wanted to canvass independent opinion before speaking the company myself. Any help/advice is appreciated.
Regards

For 0.2 of a percent i wouldn't worry and I doubt a flue gas analyser is more accurate than 0.1% anyway (perhaps someone could confirm)

Just a quick one if you read the manual it will say there is a tolerance for both minimum and maximum co readings of 0.2% + or - so the readings you have are perfect, dont worry.0
