• Totally agree - only it gives me a bit of a problem to choose from my 16 watches!

Manythanks for this post. Mine arrived today and it is very elegant and it did arrive with the two extra leather straps as shown in the earlier photo. I am very pleased, definately a bargain.

Has anyone managed to source a replacement watch strap for this watch. I am on my last one and its looking tatty.

I have been quoted £30 by one online place for one strap! They have no mentioned postage either. i am not paying that for a small leather strap. That was a jewellers online that sell their watches.

Also been in touch with citizen by email and they suggest sending it in to service centre and they will fit it. Considering a 2 year old could fit it as its only threading it to watch no fiddly pins moving or anything and i said that to them. It sounds expensive. They have suggested i ask in 2 jewellers near me so will do that and see what's said. I have suggested as they probably sold thousands they should me it easier to buy replacements from online. Apparently they only sell wholesale.

I have asked for a rough guide as once you factor in the cost of postage getting the quote and paying return postage it might be better value to buy a new watch from someone else.

We wouldn’t have charged you postage if you didn’t want to go ahead with the repair, as for not being able to supplier we used to be able to but the jewellers put a stop to us being able to do that. So i do apologise that we are unable to supply you the strap.

Right i have found a real leather strap that will fit. Its generic but its way cheaper. Our straps are 10mm.

    so same size and

12mm and white it will fit i have measured the metal rings i think they will take up to 16mm

I have also spotted a non leather strap from somewhere else and am negotiating (i hope) will update if i get a good deal for 4 different colours but that ones only 8mm so might be to narrow.

Right just did an off ebay deal for 4 for the price of 3 with a seller off ebay. I just emailed her with the link in her contact details

She is fairly local so felt safe asking. I will add a photo of watch showing if it fits ok it might be to thin fingers crossed.
