Alliance & Mutual Bank Refund

Does anyone know if this company is still in existence? They are/were dealing with my claim (April 2007) but I cannot contact them by phone etc?

They haven't filed any accounts, which are overdue:

  • I have the same problem, my claim has been going since about the same time, I have tried the contact number and it is dead, the contact page will not post a call back, the company house states that the company is still active??

I have phoned the consumerdirect and all they said was to send them a letter??? I paid this company money to start up the claim and they have all personal details, what do you think should be the next step??? I'm at a loose end
  • Ive got exactly the same problem- every telephone number is dead and so is the web page. I also have a letter from "The Wallet Doctor" of the same address in London- tried the tel no on that too, no response. I am so glad that I didnt pay money up front...hate to say it folks but think we have been conned..
  • i also have a claim with them, but can't get in touch with them, i also rang the number of the solliciters they are using but that is just a normal house number, i'm going to find someone else to deal with my claim now. lynsie
