Disneyland Paris refund

Hi there
Just wondering if anyone out there has had a similar experience with Disneyland Paris. I booked a trip back in October which I subsequently cancelled on the 4th December. I am due all of the money back bar a 10% deposit. Over a month on I am still waiting for the money. I have phoned only to be told refunds can take 6-8 weeks!! I have emailed the admin dept (who you are unable to speak to on the phone) and was promised the money would be back on my card early this week, but still nothing. I have now sent another email saying if I don't receive anything by the end of the week I will have to take the matter further but I'm not sure how to, it seems impossible to speak to any of the people involved in actually giving you the money back and there are no contact details other than the normal helpline or the admin email (which they say they can take up to 10 days to reply to). The refund is due to my credit card so there has now been nearly a thousand pounds on there for a month longer than necessary.
Any help/advice/similar experiences?
Thanks
