I have just tried to log in to Marshall Ward to track my order (I used the code to buy a Wii Console) - it is showing my balance at £0, and now won't let me track the order - says there is a fault - is it just me??

Anyone having troubles tracking their order now? I get this message:

"Unfortunately it has not been possible to gain access to this area at present.
Please call 0844 811 8112 and speak to one of our customer advisors"

I could be wrong, but looking at the amount of interest in this, i get the feeling this could end up as a drawn-out process for everyone who has parted with their cash (like me!)

i just tried calling them and before i gave any details at the lady told me that their systems are down and they are unable to trace any orders at all , but if i call back after 1oclock they are hoping to have them up and running by then

Just checked my order and it's showing at £71.48, the £30 code worked when ordering, does anyone else's say £41.48 or do they all show at the full price?

i phoned them yesterday to see if the code had been accepted and why the total was £71 instead £41 like the confirmation email.The girl said it was deffinately accepted and there should have been no reason why the total amount was charged so now theres a note on my account to say that the discount hasn't been applied and as soon as i ring them back to say i got the wii fit board i will get the discount back onto my card.

hopefully this will work out and i will get it for the discounted rate but if i dont i will still be happy as ive been looking for one for a while.

I wish I could remember what it said yesterday, but it seems like the down time was an ideal opportunity for manual removal of the codes.

Looking at my Available to spend balance its down 2x £71.48 which suggests someone has done a messy job of cancelling and re adding my order minus the code.
