I would advise ringing them, if you have placed an order that is stating the £71 total.

I have a confirmation email that came through stating the discount of £30, but when I logged into my account the total price without discount was coming up.

I have just got off the phone, and he was very helpful, and said they usually are refunded after purchase, meaning you'll get £30 back onto your card or account after delivery, but he told me this wasn't the case on my account, there was nothing to state the £30 would be refunded and I would be expected to pay the total price.

He's going to sort it out, ensure the refund is authorised to go back onto my card after delivery and call me back to confirm.

Give them a call, or you are likely you be diddled out of your discount.

He's just called me back. They are unable to check if the discount has been applied, but he told me to keep checking my account, and if it hasn't been refunded by the time I recieve the Wii Fit, to call them back and chase it up, he said to make sure I keep the confirmation email with the applied discount as proof.

Well by the sounds of that the chances are diminishing by the hour it's just way too popular an item for them to honour even a portion of the orders imo.

After reading the other threads, i`ve just rang up and cancelled my order- the lady said that you are only authorised to use a code if its been sent to you, and i don`t want to stung for the £30 in a few months.
  • Well, my account says £71, email says £41. I ordered with FREEMANS a couple of years ago, they did the same thing and refunded the cash after delivery so I'm not worried. I'll argue the toss with the CC company if required as I only authorised £41. Not gonna do that until I have the Wii Fit tho :-)

Check the terms and conditions you have authorised them.
  • I tried to buy one last night but got an error and have just tried again now (it was still in my basket) and they are showing as out of stock :(

I think I'd have been more surprised to have actually got through the checkout process. That's about the 5th time I've had one in my basket but it's been out of stock by the time I confirm the transaction.

I called before ordering and explained a friend had given me the code - I asked if it was a general code that I could also use. The woman said there was no such thing as a general code but to try it and see if it was accepted, if it was I could use it she said. I did ask if they would refuse the code and charge me full amount and she said they shouldn't and I could always return the item if they did this.

i just ordered one through Marshall Ward. Total asked to pay was 41.78 or thereabouts but delivery would be sometime before 9th March so i might have a bit of a wait. mind you at that price it is worth waiting for. :j

Can you log back in and tell me what your order value is in order tracking?
