Sorry for the delay getting back
I did instal it anyway, stuck with it for few days but decided I didn't really like it that much and since I had to download the net framework and other files onto the comp before hand it was just taking up too much space just to run that. It struck me as a program you'd need to take time to get to know there seemed a lot to it and it actually slowed my system down a fair bit so that put me off too.
Incidentally I didn't register I think thats just to use the help forums but the program ran ok without registering
Its my last day with macafee today and I still haven't decided what to put on. I've got norton 2004 and norton 2005 from a friend and f secure 2005 from another friend but I'm still wondering if to just have the free avg. I've got spybot adaware cclear and spywareblastar and zonew alarm free. I do bank on the net and shop so I do want to be secureThanx

OK Get rid of all Antivirus installs and go with AVG as mentioned.
And keep Zonealrm, and Spyware Blaster, and CCleaner and Adaware and Spybot.0
