which credit/store card

hi first post, does any know which supermarket card is the best, at the momemnt i use the asda credit card in which i get 2p off alitre of petrol, or a sainsbury nectar card i thinks 1ts 2 poinst a pound and if you get 500 points u get 2.50 pounds off, or tesco cluncard 1point for every pound, has anyone figured out which one is the most rewarding (trying to work it out but get to confused lol dont know where to start)also which credit card from the supermarkets is the best cheers

the the abbey card is good as you get 3% cashback but thats only for 6 months maybe its best to use it for that time and cancel it
