Informing creditors after Bankcruptcy?

I am so looking forward to phoning my creditors this coming friday afternoon after going BR... a nice start to the weekend - and the rest of my life

I'm in a very strange place at the moment, last week my nervers were shot, at the moment I'm "non-plussed" (for want of a better word). great advice I am going to do this letter to all my creditors in the hope that they wont bother with me at all cos the phone drives me nuts and had plenty of baliff threats etc - thanks for the info

That was what I was thinking cb - I would rather let them know myself than wait for the OR to inform them and including a copy of the BO (horrible abbreviation!) should send them packing..... :rolleyes:

I too sent a letter to all my creditors with a copy of my BR notice, I received no further phone calls or letters, I mentioned to my OR that I was going to do this and they said it was OK.

Good Luck to all that have just started on this road to solvency, its a little daunting at first but so well worth in the end
