You need to get some advice to ensure that bankruptcy is the best move for you. You can complete the forms online. You would need to check with your local court whether they run a drop in or an appointment system.

But first and foremost, get some professional advice. They may be able to help you with benefits, etc as well.

Have you been to the DSS by any chance? Even though you have been dismissed from work you are still entitled to housing benefit/income support and tax credits as you are a lone parent. You are also a priority for social housing. Don't let any of this fester. In this past week alone I have went on the priority housing list and am now receiving £43 a week benefits that I didn't even know I was entitled to as I have always worked and never claimed. I only know this as I took advice from this site. Seek help now.
    Good luck with everything :)

i dont get housing benefit as i currently have a mortgage. will hopefully get it when i have to rent but wont have a deposit and most people wont take on dss. i dont want to live on a council estate and theyre really bad where i live. my son deserves better so i gues i'll have to figure something out. requested my br forms from the court yesterday so will fill them in and book an appointment to get it done. then will have to deal with my house being repo.
