To be fair on them though, it is pointed out in the letter that they are on the fourth floor and if you cant walk the stairs you should call and let them know!
Still think its silly having it on the fourth floor though!!! There is a nice wee room on the ground floor where they do the appeals. Surely it would make more sense to have the medicals down there.
no was in Preston and they have two lifts for public use, just not if in wheelchair. fire risk is all they keep claiming.Only through Christ can we find freedom0
