Well after asking on here r.e our electric bill with BG and getting nowhere i eventually tracked down the MD's email and emailed him our problems, i recieved a reply within 2 hours and just got a call to sort everything out, within 15 mins we have gone from £170 of electricity debt to £18 in credit after somone who actually knows what they are doing has looked into it..
I was very thankful to him and said i very much appreciated them getting back to me so quickly and how my stress levels has dropped at the thought of not having to ring AGAIN and repeat myself like a parrot! Ahh isn't it nice when things go right!
