HSBC Overdraft Advice

I think I have this problem as well, I'm one of those unfortunates who have been charged to have an overdraft after being moved from a student account to a graduate. They say i'm entitled to £1500 interest free in the letter, but on my statement my overdraft is only £800. Thank goodness I don't bank with HSBC regularly, if the branch staff don't help then usually a letter or a call to the head office may move things along.0

Thanks for the advice whitfreak, i did get everything ready to go switch to lloydstsb, but i thought id pop into hsbc first to see what they could do.
Aparantly i am still getting the tierd system, and in fact do have longer than i thought to pay off my overdraft. this wasnt made clear in the letter though and i thought i was going to be paying 18.5% on my whole blalance in 6 months, when in fact this is where the tierd levels start. Which i can definatly afford to pay having got myself a new job today
Lets just hope they stick to their wordDebt Free May 1st 2009Back to try and get debt free *again*
HSBC - £280 to go. LLOYDS - £1831 to go. Tesco - £1300 to go. Very/Arrow? £418 to go.0
