Halifax 10% Saver Question

Hi all,
Last year (around June) I took out the halifax 10% saver. Can anyone tell me how much interest I will receive from Halifax? Not sure if the 10% was net? It seems so long ago.
I've saved £500 a month so I will have £6000 in there by the time June comes around?
Thanks in advance

depends on when you deposit the first and each following deposit - around £325 gross0
-
first deposit was 18th June 2008 and then the 3rd of each month
Thanks for the reply :T0 -
i did the same thing. putting half as much as you in each time. i'm just waiting for the anniversary for them to tell me that something was wrong from the start and that i won't be getting my 10% rate. i'm paranoid like that!!!0

Yes that is always worrying!!!
They best pay up lol0 -
The 10% rate was the gross/AER figure, like most rates are quoted.
If you put in £500 on 18/6/08 and then a further £500 on the 3rd of each month after that starting on 3/7/08 and with the last on 3/6/09 you should get a little under £350 in interest (gross).
ukclarkkent, the certificate that they sent you when you opened the account should say 10% on it. If this is what it says, then this is the rate you will get (providing you meet the T&Cs, i.e. deposit £25-£500 each month by standing order, no withdrawals).0 -
think there was a calculator that martin supplied on the main site (was a link from the newsletter before last)
will see if can find it.

the later in the first month and the earlier in later months - the more you get. Mine went in on the 20th and deposits are on the 1st - expect to get £357 gross0 -
thanks all, £350.00 will come in handy  :beer:0
