The only problem with having to take the newspaper page along with the e mail is that if you are unable to get tickets initially but you manage to get them 2 weeks later because someone has returned some, then you are unlikely to have the correct page any more.

Are we talking Times/Sunday Times and screenbookings ?

If so is this likely? I know SFF has the Icantgo@ return mechanism, but how do you do it with the Times/screenbookings "tickets" once obtained ?

you can just log back into the screenbookings system and press 'cancel' - the tickets then become immediately available for someone else

  • Hello,

I signed up for Young Victoria at Wimbledon for next Monday. However, my friend couldn't make it anymore.

Does anyone know how to return tickets for Momentum Screenings? I wouldn't want two perfectly good tickets to go to waste.

    Thank you,

    MC

    Update:

I emailed momentum@thisisbrandculture.com and have received confirmation that the tickets will be reallocated.

Ooooh thanks for that middlecat - I hope I can get my hands on these - Wimbledon would be perfect for me! I just tried for 2 tickets and no joy though. Wonder how long it takes.

Yeah what do you have to do? I got two tickets for my little brother for tonight to see 'Confessions of a shopaholic' BUT don't have the newspaper.

Can he still go or is it now pointless???

    Hi guys.

    Just a quick reminder

Please note that swapping of tickets should not be posted as it is against the site rules to exchange personal details.

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: For legal reasons I have to discourage swapping, buying, gifting and selling on the forum (please see this rule). While it can be a very useful way of saving money it relies on a certain amount of trust between members and as such can cause problems (and has in the past). Thanks :)
