I've just released 2 tickets back into the system if anyone is near enough to pick these up and get to the Box Office before 6.45.
if you were not going why bother getting them i missed out cos people just get them just for the sake of it:mad:

Sorry for posting to try to help someone - I had every intention to attend. I was in a hotel in London last night and waited up until 2am for my email code to arrive. It didn't of course so I went to sleep and put my alarm on for 6am. The email was there so I booked my tickets, again with every intention to attend. We then experienced long delays caused by an accident on the M6 and there was no way I could get home to print my confirmation and collect the required ID in time to get to the box office on time. Editing to add that hubby is pleased as the football is on of course.

Not sure why I've bothered to explain myself to you but your post upset me as I would never do what you're suggesting intentionally. Hopefully you can understand that people's plans can change unexpectedly and through no fault of their own.

Regards this post on the Codes Only thread .....

Re: Tuesday Night: Never Forget at the Manchester Opera House

    Please note that it says:

As this is our first theatre show, there will be a strict policy of tickets must match ID and guest list. Therefore, please ensure that you take drivers license or passport with you as ID.

I think though that they screwed up on this one, as the show is the same day the email was sent and they said they would send the code out tomorrow, which obviuosly will be a day too late, they never sent the code out today, or at least not to me, the code from Spikey, (192493) does work though if you have been invited, I am out of the UK presently so I couldn't go anyway. Nice idea that they are doing theatre reviews too isn't it! and it makes sense.

    xxxx

...... I got the email for this at 7:28pm yesterday evening, so "tomorrow" was correct for me.

Just back from Never Forget! Really wasn't sure what to expect - I go to quite a lot of musicals but probably wouldn't have paid for this before tonight, HOWEVER, I was really impressed with it! It was pretty funny! I would defo pay money to see it again - has taught me to widen my horizons a bit in future!

Glad you enjoyed it. Were the seats all up high tonight? I've booked for tomorrow night after the offer email that came through earlier but we're in the gallery and I have a feeling it will be high!

I think you'll be fine in the gallery though - have you been to opera house before? I think all seats are pretty good really and you will be fine, hope you enjoy it :D
