Check your options on your User CP. It might be because we changed hour a week ago or something like that. Also check if the messaging notifications are ticked. It happened some time ago to me too. Just fiddle with that a little it might help!:beer: Good Luck!

Hi I had that same problem so I emailed and this is what I got:

It now makes sense to me why so I'm giving it a try and see how it goes. I unsubscribed and then subscribed again today so I'm going to see what happens by following what the email says.

I got tickets for the Incredible Hulk and Ironman last week I think it was and then received the e-mail yesterday about the films for under sixteens. Am I able to use these tickets myself or will I be turned away for being over 16?

I have just returned 2 tickets for Fast & Furious 4 at Cineworld Crawley for tonight. If anyone is hoping to go, try applying again as I have often found the cinema is not full anyway.

What kind of identification do you need to show? It just says 'suitable identification'. Does it have to be photo identification?

Do you mean what do you have to show when getting your ticket at the cinema? If so, I have never been asked for any id. Have just given over my computer print-out. HTH

the last time i went to see a movie preview I was asked for ID... (used my work id) and also there were two BOUNCERS at the door.
