Morgan Stanley/Barclaycard MESS!!

I see on here there have been problems with Morgan stanley cards being taken over by barclaycard.
We pay our bills online, and have had them returned to us!!
We changed the account when new replacemnet card was sent.
We are now recieving letters threatning to take us to court for non payment.
We spoke to Mr Barclaycard of India, and ten time (because its not on their script) we were told we are in wrong department.
One guy said the money we paid was going into the Morgan Stanley creditcard account and admitted it was there fault, but that is not his dept so transferred us...........:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
Does any one have a UK contact phone number??
We asked to pay £800 off, only to be met with you can only pay £100???????
We are gonna cancel...when we can.
Was most amused to see on the web site of BC, in the contact us section it read:
We’re experiencing a high volume of emails at the moment and it may take us a little longer to respond to your message. We’re working hard to ensure we reply to all messages as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience.
