i went to the job centre to enquire about income support but all i was told i can cliam is JSA as im looking for work,even though i said i have a weekend job not convinced that is correct though! i get my childcare costs paid by my OH instead of him paying any maintance and this was convientent for both of us.

you pay £350 childcare for just a weekend job? seems a lot for the one kiddy

if you get WFTC you should be claiming 70% of the cost off them THEN having maintanence of the father/OH

on £870 a month income id guess you shoud already be getting HB?

when are you moving before br or after as you said in your first SOA that the rent will drop to £503. how much HB are you entitaled to as i think this is the deciding factor really

also max is right you should have about 70% childcare cost paid

and even if you juggle your figures about like taking off sky and internet you are still over your income

the childcare costs come from when i was at uni - up until tuesday i also worked extra hours over christmas,which was full time which is where the wtc coes in.my daughter is at nursary 3 days a week. my local council keep telling me that i dont qualify for the maximum HB but i think this is wrong + i am going to ask them again tomorrow what i am entitled to.
