I am trying remove many duplicate entries from my address book. Despite reading the MS help pages and googling I cannot work out a simple way to remove duplicate entries.
I would also like to be able to 'merge' some entries i.e Where the same person entered twice but each entry has different bits of info for the same person.
Thanks
SB

Not sure if theres anything you can do to merge the data, but probably the easiest way to clear up the duplicates is to put the contacts into phone list view (Click on the View Menu, then Arrange by, Current View, Phone List) click on a contact you want to delete, then hold the control key and go down the list clicking contacts you want to delete until they are all selected, then press the delete key.0

There's some useful info here about merging outlook contacts: http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=merge+contact+outlook&meta=0
