Hi Don
Not really. I was on nights last night so hence the irregular times of posting

my OH has done nightshifts from time to time, he doesn't anymore really.
pity! I actually sleep better mostly when he is not there! :rotfl:
but then I end up with the kids in the bed! so it doesn't end up making any difference! :rolleyes:BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0 -

Hi March peeps. We went to court yesterday to get the forms and the lady said it would take two weeks for an appointment when I phone in to say I am ready to go ahead. How long does it generally take then, for the grand appearance in court to be announced a BR? Money Talks ...but all mine ever says is Goodbye! :rolleyes:0

Well by sorting I mean finding most of it!!I know ive got loads of time before going br but im more worried about the or interveiw than anything else, but then after a year or more of nasty letters and phone calls from debt collection agencies whats a little more pressure:rolleyes: .I will be driving you nuts with loads of questions in the near future, but its good to know you are all out there ,kcx:p0

Hi! if you mean how long does the whole process take once you go to do the deed at court, it varies. some people have been in and out in half an hour (lucky ones) and others have to go first of all, do all the paperwork, pay the fees then they get told to come back at such and such a time to see the judge.
with mine, it was a drop in service so I just turned up and waited, took a couple of hours altogether (well it actually took a week! because there was a bit missed off my forms and I didn't get the call confirming I was officially BR til a week after I had been at the court) but this is not going to happen to you or likely very few others.
hope thats what you mean and this helps.

Hi, I haven't even attempted to find anything, I know some of it is here but other stuff has either been thrown out or burnt on some celebratory bonfires
ask questions, thats what it's here for.

Hi March members
Got a lot of my gumf and my credit report at work tonight so hoping to tackle the forms about 2am as it is not very busy.
I also have loads of time before court but I would rather get it done than rush around at the end or worse still the insolvency website goes down and I cant print off forms. Has been known to happen
