0% deal ending soon!!

My 0% deal on my virgin account ends soon and I havent managed to pay off all the debt yet - what happens when the 0% ends? - Do I have to pay interest accrued from when i opened the card on the outstanding debt (like if you buy something on 'buy now pay later' and you havent paid for it when the time expires - you get whacked with all the interest you should have paid if you hadnt had the 0% ???? - Is it the same with credit cards? Can anyone help?

No but you will be charged your normal rate on the whole balance from the end of the interest free period

and Virgin are likely to increase your standard APR when your 0% deal ends... you may or may not get a letter about it but check the monthly rates on your statement.... mine went up without anything specifically saying 'your interest rates have changed'.
EDIT: depending on how much you owe, look now to switch to another 0% deal so you can pay off your virgin card.
