Lloyds TSB. For the last year they have been a nightmare.
Last christmas I was in financial difficulty, making payments, but my cards were maxed. They then increased the interest rate on the card from 14.9% 29.8%. Its not until then I realised it said on my previous statement that the rate was changing.
They also reduced my overdarft from £1000 to £400. As I could not pay they put me in a repayment plan charging rediculous interest. I should have changed all my accounts in the summer once I'd cleared everything.
The more debt you get into the harder it gets to get out and as much as I explained my circumstances Lloyds done nothing to help.

Soundslike someone with inside info to me. This sort of thing happened at a local branch and it was a staff member.
