What's happening to my caps?

IF I TYPE IN CAPS IT CHANGES TO CAPS AT THE START OF WORDS INSTEAD (I HAVE TYPED THIS ALL IN CAPS TO TEST)

    I think it does it because typing in upper case is classed as shouting, and not good internet etiquette. ;)

    Ha I know that!

    I was posting on another thread (Badger Lady's thread!) and her U/N initials are BL - it was changing them to Bl!

    Grrr.

    Your 'smiley' is made up of code, some of which is lower case lettering, hence why it does not change the upper case text.
