I am looking for something simple to use nothing to complicated or technical. All I really use it for is removing red eye, cropping, rotating photos etc. I would be grateful for any recommendations.
Thank you

I think the most popular is GIMP, although I've never used it.0

Paint.NET is also worth a look0

I have noticed on a few gardening sites that many people use Photobucket but I just couldn't get used to it. My family bought me a Sony digital camera and recently I noticed that their software was quite easy to use. Apart from these I only know of Picasa and Flickr.0

For your requirements Irfanview here should be ideal. After installation press F1 to bring up comprehensive help information. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

This crops up usually a couple of times a week, so a search will answer your question!
Top 3 in order of ease of use (most mentioned above)
Photoshop Express - https://www.photoshopexpress.com - use on-line, rather than install.
Paint.net - https://www.getpaint.net - install on your computer.
The GIMP - https://www.gimp.org - install on your computer.0 -

Personally I use Irfanview because it's so easy and has lots of tutorials on youtubeI'm Glad to be here... At my age I'm glad to be anywhere!!

Another vote for Picasa.
It is very easy and quick to use and produces good results.
Some of the other options are more complicated and time-consuming per picture processed.0
