Internet Saving Account

Options
Hi, can anyone advise on an internet ssavings account? I only have about £50 to open with and will be depositing minimum £50 a month. Preferably easy access but not a major problem. As long as I get a decent rate of interest not really bothered about the highest.
Cheers

  • I've just checked and can only tranfer money from another Cahoot account or thru direct debit. I want to be able to transfer funds by internet banking. Thanks tho Rikki.

I think the cahoot interest rate on balance of a £1 or more is 4.85%

I only have a deposit account with cahoot and I transfer money in on-line from my current account no problems.

  • Excellent rate but I need to be tranfering by internet and I can't see that that is an option with Cahoot. But I will keep in mind.

  • This is from the website.

Deposits are also completed online by:
Arranging a transfer within another of your cahoot accounts.
    Using a pre-arranged direct debit from a non-cahoot account.

Bummer as good rate. Am keeping in mind tho. Cheers

With most savings accounts you need to open a current account along with it so you can move the money into it. ie: money goes: another account -> current account -> savings account
    Happy chappy
