Viennese biscuits.....Do you use Cornflour or just S/R flour??

I've been told by "others" That by using cornflour... these biscuits will have that "melt in the mouth"....taste......
Any advice appreciated.
Thanx.

I would use half and half and add just the tiniest sprinkle of finely grated orange or lemon rind or vanilla essence0
