Searching for Head of Ebay UK Postal Address

Hi fellow Ebayers....
This is a long story ... I wont go into detail but lets just say it involves Shill Bidding, Feedback Bombing / Blackmail, False Contact Info etc etc basically everything that is wrong about Ebay is now happening to ME!!
I have been having problems with a Seller for nearly 2 weeks now and have reported the matter to ebay 8 times by both email and the Power Seller Helpline. Things have now got to the stage where I have had to take it further and report it to both the police and trading standards because of Ebay's lack of cooperation.
I have searched all over the Internet and this site but cant find any contact details for either Ebay's MD (Mark Lewis.. I think?) or Richard Ambrose, Head of Trust and Safety. I would prefer a actual address rather than an email so that I can send all of the evidence I have gathered. Can anyone help?
If anyone has any experience contacting ebay with complaints... Who is the best person to contact... who actually listens and does something? I dont want to be palmed off with excuses anymore, I want to go straight to the Top.
I found an address in London... but then another site gave a different address, so I'm a little confused

Mark Lewis is head of ebay UK, and Richard Ambrose is Head of T&S - but he is very ineffectual, and has a poor track record of achieving results and is not what you call "customer focused"...I found an address in London... but then another site gave a different address, so I'm a little confused
There is an address in Richmond, London, but there are only a dozen or so back office staff and personal account managers based there - HOTHAM HO
HERON SQUARE, RICHMOND, SURREY,TW9 1EJ.
The true Uk HQ is just outside Dublin - Unit 6 Blanchardstown Corporate Park Dublin 15. Ireland. Google Earthi it - it's massive!<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
