Some of you may remember that on Monday I tried to get these on the 2 for £6 offer as advertised on the shelf where they were and was met with a rude refusal from the SA. Well, phoned CS today and they've said that she should have got the manager who should have then overridden the price to sell them to me for £6 as this is what was advertised. For my inconvenience CS have given me 2000 points! Couldn't believe I got so many!0

My daughter actually bought 2 full size tins of SMA milk last week in the Co-Op. It was almost £8 per tin or on offer 2 for £12.
I expect you will find this is SMA progress (red tin) liverbird? This is marketed at babies aged 6-24months to get around the regulations. If not i would be very interested to hear which sort it was as it needs reporting.:A boots tart and tesco chick:A0 -
Hmm, getting mildly uncomfortable that my basket has remained intact so far... Makes me suspicious that my online account isn't working properly lol! Wow the Boots paranoia really has got me huh?0

I went to buy my normal pot of moisturiser today (APPROX £16.50 per pot), Time Resist. I was redeeming my advantage points to pay for it. I got chatting to the assistant, and she mentioned that the cream I was buying was the new formula, but that she was sure she had some of the "old" formula half price under the counter. Sure enough she found some, and as it was also on 3 for 2, I got 3 pots of cream for the same price that I was going to pay for one pot of cream. And actually, because I used my advantage points, it didn't cost me a penny! Bargain! A bit naughty that they weren't advertising it though - I wouldn't have known about it if the assistant hadn't told me.
:j
I also got this stuff today...day cream reduced to 8.25, night cream at 8.75 and eye cream at 8.75 so 342 cost 17.50...used Blinkie so paid 12.50 for 3. Realised however that might be better to keep doing single transactions so bought 2nd set one at a time and made up to a fiver with last chance to buy nailvarnishes at 1.50 plus a couple of packs of aspirin on the 8.25 one and paid just over a fiver for each cream each time with a nailvarnish and earned lots of new Blinkies. Gave a whole set to my Mum who bought this stuff full price but on 342 before chrismas! She wants to get some more now i've explained the bargain to her! Still beeping when trying to use 250 points vouchers though...any ideas why?Make £2012 in 2012 member #88

Because I get the extra 10% discount It's more worthwhile me getting the 342 and getting a blinky, I thinky.;)
I did each item individually!
But I like the Mens No7 @ £6.36 with 4 Pantene sachets combo!!!:rotfl:
Use a blinkie and a magic 250pts .........
Spend £5.24 ......... get 900 points........... and a new blinkie!!!:D0 -

Great shop minimoneyme, wish I lived where you do! There's never any reduced in my store. Before the blinkie came out there was a solitary hand cream but it had a clearance sticker rather than a reduced SEL. The SA's probably wouldn't have let me have it. Bah humbug!!0
