Thanks to whoever sent Andrea a pm asking for an official message form Boots. Thats such a good idea! So sick of keep checking the website - just in case its started! We need an official work of whats happenning - how long does it take to fix?!

by the way anyone know if HDN deliver on a sat?

I lurk here but don't usually post. I'm trying to get my head around blinkies and the like but it isn't easy! I managed to get quite a few toys in the sale which are perfect for my DDs birthday in March and got the despatch email late last night.

I don't think they do. I had an earlier order that was due to be delivered on a Friday and it turned up on the Monday instead. I thought from when it was despatched it would have arrived on the Saturday but I think that's something you have to pay a premium for.

Yes, they deliver to me on a Sat

Top part of site was missing for me too, basket had also been messed with again - quantities gone up and items i've deleted keep comomg back.

By the time they fix the problem, there will be no stock left. Its been a few days now so even if they do reduce again online there wont be anything left anyway.

hdnl will deliver on a sat during peak times they also attempt to deliver on a sunday at christmas

Does anyone know how to track the parcels?
Ive clicked on the parcelforce link from my order and then put in my order ID in the track order box but it isn't working, do I need to log into the courier account to use it or am I doing something wrong?

Elmo never dropped to 75%. This was the kicker to me not bothering with an order, as I only wanted this and the Boots passport cover, and I wasn't going to pay the delivery charge for just the passport cover.

Virtually no sale stock left in either of the 2 main Bristol stores. Doesn't look like they've had anymore stock. Mostly broken stuff left or things with bits missing. However the clearance shelves seem to be back on and growing by the day.
