Sorry to hear about the lack of progress on your order.
Think there's a few gremlins at work here too. :rolleyes:
My first order (03.07) has just been delivered :T. I didn't receive a confirmation email but did receive a dispatch email at 23.53 on Wednesday with tracking details. It's gone from received to processing to despatched on my Boots.com order history.

For my second order, placed 05.30 after much hassle, I received a confirmation email but it still shows as processing on order history.
Everything that I ordered on this one is apparently still in stock. Not expecting to receive this order though (just a hunch).

Really not sure we can read much into the emails/order status except that perpetual processing might not be a good sign :rolleyes:.

Hoping things get sorted soon for you and everyone, the not knowing is torture!

Mine says processing, I phoned boots and they said it would definately be delivered.
Probably in the 2 hours between your orders they got 2 or more days orders worth of deliveries.

I cant get onto boots now to track my order. when I log in nothing happens, it just remains on the log in page :mad:
