I just wanted to ask if everybody who has received their sale order got a dispatched email sent to them, and did it say dispatched on .com, as I ordered at 3.04am and my order is still saying order being processed?

was in both castleford and pontefract boots stores over the last 2 days all they had left was crackers (cas) and a bit of gift wrap.

No offence taken, I wanted to return a S&G pamper set that was damaged and some other items and CS said they could arrange for it all to be collected from my home rather than me struggling to store with it.

It also says on the back of despatch note that if you wish to return a bulky item contact CS for a collection.

i got a dispatched email and it was marked as dispatched on their website too

I ordered at 3.06am and received an e-mail last night (23.45) to say my order was being despatched. I logged into .com this morning and my order said despatched and had parcel tracking numbers.

Hopefully your e-mail (and order) will be with you very soon.:beer:

I was in the Lincoln store on Wednesday morning, where more than one shopper had filled two trolleys, so I'd be surprised if there's much left. There were very few toys even at 9.00. When I left, at about 10.00, the queue to pay was really daunting.

i ordered on wednesday just when the sale went live. order was received yesterday afternoon. unbelievable, and this was standard delivery.

Im not too fussed about toys, mainly interested in gift sets for peoples pressies through the year. I really dont know weather to bother or not now! lol I live just outside of lincoln and have to get the bus so i dont want to get there and it be wasted journey when im feeling rough

Has anyone been to Manchester Arndale, if they have is it worth a trip? Last year we went the weekend after the sale started and there was loads of stuff but it is an hour drive(Please PM me as i am off to work now and might not have chance to read back)

I was convinced my online sale order was going to get cancelled, but am very happy as have just received a despatched email (it was placed in the end at 8.10am on Wed). I've not been able to get to a store and am going in for major surgery in just over a week, so it will be jolly handy for solving birthday present ideas for the next few months, when I won't be able to go Bootsing!
