I can't bear all this waiting!!! I would just prefer to know either way if my order is going to be delivered as at least then if my order isn't going through I could use the money elsewhere but, at the moment it's stuck in the bank just in case! I WAS sooooo looking forward to the boots sale this year...

Sorry for posting this again but not not got an answer. Is anyone ordering on line the sale stuff on line at full price, then taking it back to a store and buying it back at 75% off.

I bought an expensive pair of Remington Shine Therapy Hair Straighteners with all the points managed to build up in December alone (JK stuff mainly)

Not willing to risk it myself as would be gutted if it didn't work after all the messing about with returning for refund etc (and haven't got spare cash to pay 4 times the amount to start with!)

Good luck if you try and I hope you succeed but I do think it will be mission impossible, sorry

I wouldn't have thought you could be certain it would go straight back out on the shelf, the chances are the staff would buy it themselves.

I may go back in with receipts and see if they will add it on - have 4 receipts with no points added, for all my blinkie purchases. Will need to pick the friendliest looking SA for that!!;)

Why are boots not working all the hours god sends to try to reslove this for their customers? Their cs closes at 7pm and email not working. Completely poor service. Sorry I am getting to the point of moaning but I am sure you all feel the same

Hi, these are usually found with the other electricals
However, a word of warning, I bought one before xmas, I found it worse than useless, it gets extremely hot but just seems to comb your eyelashes, there is no actual mechanism to curl the eyelashes (unlike a traditional presssure type curler) I took mine back for a refund. Maybe you'll have better luck, but I just thought I'd let you know my experience! hth

Big hugs to everyone who had problems with the sale whether it has been online or instore .
For those lucky enough to have got stuff from .com here is home delivery networks tracking line so you can track your parcel,if you have got a reciept the number will be on it .
Home delivery are a NIGHTMARE leaving stuff in bins, doorsteps etc ( sends shivers down my spine that boots keeping using them ) -maybe it was them who did the .com web site ...

Anyway bootsing. GLASGOW sauchiehall street is totally barren of sale stock. There was about 10 empty rows.
GLASGOW FORT -have loads of OLAY PURPLE GWP at olay section. NO pantene satchets and total garbage sale stock. The reduced NO7 is next to the tills .Mostily sun stuff and over £5 odds.
Also have reduced DIOR make up at dior counter.Not the best bargains, eg £17 reduced to £12 , but there is a lot of eyeshadows, lipsticks etc for those that like Dior.

KALMS sleeping tablets are reduced to £2.22 in most stores. Noramlly £3.91 each.They are going through on the 3 4 2 so good bargain.
Boots should be supplying these free to those traumatised with the sale fiasco & staying up late for the last week for the online sale .
Also giving out £2 off photo processing voucher again .
