    Ok, am worried now! I have had email confirmation of my order but nothing is showing when I log in and look at my orders on.com.:confused: Also, if the items are on the confirmation does that mean they will be coming? I bloody hope so it took me so long to get it to go through!

    Hi, I have the exact same generic error message and if you say it is that item then I guess mine must be the same as I put that in my basket also! How annoying! I have no idea how to get rid though! Sorry!

    Someone suggested this earlier on in the thread. I tried it and it worked for me.

    Log out of your account. Add an item to the basket, click checkout and then in the top right use the log on button, it will then bring your basket up and you can remove the items which are causing the problems.

Paid with points (about £66 worth) and still have a few points on my card. Lovely SA was very helpful and even gave me 2 blinkies even though I had paid with points. Hooray to her!

    Can any Leeds Bootsers tell me if it's worth going to city centre store tomorrow or have the Locusts swept through there too:D

    mines is the same although i couldnt log into my account ... or checkout basket ...during night around 4am

    so did order without logging in so dont think i can track it anyway ....have emailed them about it and will phone them in the morning ...didnt order much but had already told my daughters id got them new barbie helmets so will be dissapointed for them if they dont honour it as could have bought them in the 50% sale along with the S&G set i was after the day before

    ..but as i dont get points anymore thought id try save some pennies by getting another 25%

    I had that error message...to fix it I closed down the site..or log out if it will let you....go back on as a guest...add an item to your basket then log in...i was able to make another on line order doing this...although now they all are going through at full price..if they come I will have to send them back or ask CS to refund me the difference.

    I'm wondering if all the 'generic error' messages that have been generated were for those putting the Soap and Glory Grab bags in their baskets?

    Anyone else got the message and put the S & G BG in? Also says 'quantity:
    -7.0', so I'm guessing there's a stock controller in the warehouse wondering how it's happened and where the stock has gone????

    Nothing is guarenteed to arrive. Usually they will email you or put it on your dispatched email if you are not getting something.
