You must send emails, in droves, to Customer Services. This is a most dreadful situation for you, especially when those of you who always have to order from dot com, because you don't live near/can't get to a store, are the bread and butter of Boots.
xx
It says that there email system is currently unavailable so to phone them! Their website has driven me crazy today!

phew! am exhausted! been up since 2.50am (like most ppl on here I reckon!) Finally got an order to go through about 6.40am - sort the website out boots it's pants
will wait and see if anything turns up - order says processing but i didn't opt for next day delivery, oh well live and learn!
started off in Woking this morning and got some good stuff there:
no7p&p case
charles worthington smooth and the shine sets - pleased as i wanted these and they went from my basket online!
mediterranean set
fcuk - again missed out on this online
ted baker
NT clock
still lots left when I left and fairly civilised although it was filling up and stock being grabbed. only a handful of toys - elc robot, a couple of pirate ships, a click clack track and the diggy dougy.
lots of john frieda brunette and blond sets left. no sanctuary or s&g
also got the last learn to play mighty fort for a bargainous £4.89 - again had tried but failed online. it looked like it had been opened so I checked it when i got home and I am disgusted that the store sold this to anyone!!! clearly been returned for some reason - broken in 2 places, something that looks like sticky sweets on it, and all the knights and horses are missing!!!! so going to have to take it back tomorrow to get my money back, am just hoping they don't blame me for the state it is in. would be much happier with the toy than the money back but I hven't seen them anywhere else : (
went to basingtoke and chineham this afternoon (am gutted i didnt go to camberley instead now after reading they had sanctuary sets!)
looked like a plague of locusts had hit them both - especially chineham!! not a lot to be had in either by 3pm. basingstoke had quite a lot of the mens ted baker and trevor sorbie left. no toys left in either.
hello to the lady who was in the queue behind me in woking with a couple of no7 p&p sets - she mentioned she had read about the sale on here!
I saved about £180 today (more if the online order works) so a big huge thank you to everyone on this thread :T
I have enough shampoo to last till about 2015 and DH keeps muttering about where is all this stuff going to go?! split the shops up so got 6 blinkies.
best bargain had to be in basingstoke - I got a mini brag book for 18p :j now I feel like a proper bootser0 -
Managed to get to the Bromley store today(after trying on dot.com this morning and getting no-where) and got a few bits, did anyone go to the Bluewater store today? If so was there much there? wondered if it was worth me going up there for opening tomorrow?Anyone know if there is much left in Bluewater?
Was at Bluewater around dinner time today and there was a flurry of unpacking going on at the back of the store. Pallet loads of stuff coming out.
A tip too is to check upstairs at the back of the store where theres extra shelves that were full of haircare gift sets. There was a display of SnG sets upstairs too but that all disappeared sharpish.

i got 2 of these for my kids in the half price sale, believe me, they are pretty naff, one was ok, but the other the sound is distorted, but the kids thought they were fun so could not be bothered to waste petrol taking it back.

Sorry to re-post, I'm getting desperate and I'm a wee bit cranky and tired from this mornings chinnanigans with the website.
Basically, I've still got the generic error message when I try to access my basket- which reads 24 items £242.xx Has the code 10078425 in it, so I've typed it into the search to find it is the S G grab bag everyone wants!! Only prob is, I can't get rid of the error message at all. I've deleted browsing history, cookies, temporary files etc with no luck.
Does anyone else still have the message- mine's been like it since 3.07am!!!!!!!!! Anyone know what to do to get rid of it? Last time I called CS, the lady had no idea what I was talking about!
Managed to get to a small store and get some bits, but only the wrap and calendar from my list, so still hunting for everything else I can't get!
Early night for me tonight....
