I have managed to place an order but screen showed an error so now checking my order history to see if it has went through... fingers crossed!

pathetic I know, but I have been waking up EVERY morning since Weds - even the day I went into hospital - and last night I logged on to keep my account open and SOMEONE in my family has logged me out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I now have generic errors in my basket and I can't log in, Tried creating a new account and had the same problem........I could cry

Able to process my order, all things in basket went through at 75% did not lose anything out of basket when sale started but quite a few go out prior to sale. Hope everyone got what they hoped for.

click on tools or intenet options at the top of the csreen and then ckick on options or internet options (depends on what system you're using)
If you fiddle about with the tabs you should find 'COOKIES' and a button to click to clear them.

have a look on the boots thread, last 2 pages shw couple of ways to get round the generic error.
