have worked it out! take somthing out of your basket, then check total amount to pay has 50% 0r 75% been deducted from total, mine all said 50% but in reality it was 75%!!

how is everyone getting around generic error when you can't view your basket/
i've been pressing the back button and then trying again

Im using IE and i just click on Boots in my favourties and it brings back the front page and keep trying.

prehaps we can all get on with the rest of our lives:T

off back to bed for an hour before work

then off to boots the minute i finish work!

Mine was getting an error code on payment, so it then stopped loading logged back in and my basket was empty.

Checked my orders and my order is going through, is this now confirmed? As no email yet.

just looked at my favourites and can see the upto 75% against the things in my basket... but cant get to basket... so frustrating!

have tried adding some again and getting the out of stock message, so am probably wasting my time here even trying!
