I don't think it's too cheeky, and the SAs shouldn't get funny. If they do, stand your ground -- it's not an unreasonable request. If it makes you feel better, say the items are for friends/relatives who want a receipt. I don't know that I'd stand there and have them do 10 or so separate transactions in one go as I'd feel a bit embarrassed, but I'm sure people have done it before and there's no real reason not to.

Here's an exercise from a voice therapist...to soothe or give your vocal folds a work out...get yourself all relaxed, upright, then start humming. You are looking for a single note which makes your lips tingly and tickly... it took me ages to hit the right note, but when I did, it helped so much. Hope it helps you, and enjoy your holiday.
Thanks ever so much for that! I have just tried it out and will keep doing it throughout the evening! I am so excited about my holiday and had many excuses to get to Boots to get my blinkies for all holiday essentials! Glad I wont be missing 75% sale though ... really going to miss this thread though for a whole 2 weeks!!! Thanks again! ZoeMummy to a beautiful 4 month old princess! x0 -
Are any of the Bury St Edmunds ladies going to be there tomorrow, and if so then what time?
