Here's an exercise from a voice therapist...to soothe or give your vocal folds a work out...get yourself all relaxed, upright, then start humming. You are looking for a single note which makes your lips tingly and tickly... it took me ages to hit the right note, but when I did, it helped so much. Hope it helps you, and enjoy your holiday.cocktailsavings wrote: »Been so run down over Christmas and now been struck down with a horrible sore throat and aches and pains - I am going on holiday on Sunday and was wondering if anyone can recommend health products that ma actually help soothe my throat and rid me of this in time for my holiday! Also, if anyone can recommend echinacea (brand) I would be very grateful. TIAMortgage Free in Three cheerleader0 -
Hi everyone,
Been to a few stores in the northwest over the last few days, and personally this is what i thought:
Preston - Decent amount of stock, mainly cooking sets.
Blackburn (retail park) - not all brilliant, mainly crakers, wrapping paper and hacket items.
anyone know what deepdale is like, i'm think of heading there 1st thing tomorrow.0
