That doesn't sound very flattering! But Hey what do I care? I'm getting myself down there tomorrow lunchtime to hang aroung the staff room! Although most of the managers in my store seem to be women!:mad:

Hi everyone,

I've been a lurker for a while and thought I'd finally join to say thanks for all the useful info! Been picking up loads of good tips.

Went to Boots today and there was quite a lot of Pantene Sachets. :T Also I noticed that the new design bottles of Herbal Essences are £3.22 each but the old style bottles are only £1.76 and they are part of the 100 points promotion too!

Even though the sale shelves in my local Boots have been reduced as Mr thinks we need sun lotion in January!!!!:rolleyes: They are still expecting eight trollies of stuff for Wednesday(only a smallish store) but no idea what they are getting !!!

hi everyone,just a warning,if anyone has the cow print milkshake glass from crimbo DONT put it in the dishwasher,i made this mistake and all the black print has come off and gone over everything that was in there. the dishwasher is on its 3rd empty cycle trying to get it out of it.
also thanks for all the great glitches over the last couple of months,hopefully i will find one first soon and be able to share it with you:D

good luck to them, boots dont pay fantastic wages and its a perk of any job to get first dibs,

i know when im working at the pub the 'perk' of a drink at the end of my shift is just about all that keeps me going some nights, if we all get this excited about a sale can you imagine what its been like for the staff eyeing all the goodies over christmas thinking about the sale at the end of it !!
