    Energizer Ipod Charger glitch.

Individual price, £22.50 but if you add 3 to your basket, two offers kick in:-

'Save 30%' AND '3 for 2'. With these discounts taken off, the price totals £24.75 for the 3 chargers. That's £8.25 each.
  • I was told in my local branch, not to buy the Xmas wrapping paper I picked up today because it should be further reduced tomorrow.

Tomorrow? As in the day that follows today? Another word for which is Tuesday? I have now lost nearly, but not quite, all interest in this sale. There was all the excitement after Crimbo, and the New Year, and now it's like flat beer.

Is there anyone out there, who is er, um, actually on intimate terms, with a Manager? As in "he is my DH" or "he is my OH" or "we meet every Thursday afternoon in the multi-storey, and ......... discuss nuclear science" (oops, Matron!).

  • Just been talking to a neigbour who works at Boots in Swansea Quadrant and she told me that it will be Wednesday. She said that she had been busy all day pricing the stuff ready for it and that the boots staff had been putting loads of stuff away for themselves
