Have bitten the bullet and started making lampwork beads!! Very exciting even though the first few looked like lumps of lava! Thinking of getting a kiln but v expensive especially when you look at delivery to NI (same old story). Does anyone know of a supplier over here?
ask if you can arrange your own collection thats what i do and there are two sites you can use
myhermes think its 7.99
and then there is collectplus (this one they take to local shop and is del to your local shop) might be useful0 -

Hi everyone,
Well I finally got my eyes opened doing fairs. Bangor Abbey! what happened! was it the weather, parking, kids doing transfer tests, Xmas party at Bloomfield! Be interested to know your views.
One thing I will be doing at next few fairs is to bring my own music. It makes such a difference to the atmosphere. I am going to bring my boogie box and Xmas tapes. I shall not be singing as I don't have a floppy hat. Please feel free to bring tapes to play anything goes!
See you all at next fair. Good luck0 -
I agree with you...music would have been good, but I have no complaints I did really well! Liked the fact that morning & afternoon tea/coffee and lunch were included as well! Way too many jewellery sellers though......Cazo1:wave:0

yes i agree we could have done with a bit of music today ... and if you had of asked i would have knit you a floppy hat :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: had way toooo much time on my hands
think it was a bit long - shorter hours bigger audiance and less time for them to sit and drink tea!!!! but the day was good because i was with MSE friends :T
p.s. i have some music organised for greyabbey - pink floppy hat optional :rotfl:while i knit i think
