Hello,

Im an Honours Marketing student and am currently in the process of writing my Dissertation into the effectiveness of Customer Loyalty Card Programs.

I have an online survey and would really appreciate it if you could spare a few minutes to complete it!

The survey is pretty straightforward, will not take any longer than 5 minutes to complete and your responses will provide me with invaluable data for my research!

I've done the survey for you, but can I just suggest a tiny amendent? It's just that on your 'marital status' bit, what should I select if I'm neither single, nor engaged, nor married, nor widowed or divorced - ie if I'm living with someone? Maybe you should add a 'co-habiting' option, or something like that?

Sorry, but I hate it when the only choice is 'single' or 'married'. I'm not sure my OH would be happy if I decided I was either!!
