GE Money beyond useless

Hi everyone
I opened a mastercard at house of fraser in October as it gave me 20% off my spend that day. I filled out application form which was then sent by the store. I recieved a letter from GE Money saying they hadn't recieved application telling me to go back to the store and fill out another one, the store is 50 miles away. I complained to GE Money saying not my mistake you sort it out with H of F. They refused so paid card off in full there and then and closed it. I rang H of F who said they had sent everything, they rang GE money who claimed not to have recieved it. The girl from H of F let slip they are having lots of trouble with GE Money. So guys my advice is don't use GE Money they are useless.
