Hi there
Just wanted shortly to share with you story on how I sold my house. My dad died few years ago leaving me his 2 bed semi-terraced house..At that moment, I just had purchased a property for myself and the house of my Dad was actually unnecessary.. I didnt have any connection with that house as it was the property of his deceased second wife... Therefore, after browsing the internet I found few companies offering quick sale.. I contacted Decision Homebuyers ( decisionhomebuyers.co.uk ). The proecess was complated in few weeks. I was moving on with minimum hassle... Thanks and have a good day

So nice when a newbie registers just to tell us how wonderful a company is.:rolleyes:I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I volunteer to help get your forum questions answered and keep the forum running smoothly. Forum Ambassadors are not moderators and don't read every post. spam spam spamIt is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
They have posted this on several other UK forums, eg the Consumer action Group, as far back as April 2008. Decision Homebuyers seem to make a habit of making a single post on forums promoting their company - eg mumsnet, ex-pats forum.
Anyone thinking of using a company like this needs to be aware that they will pay well, well under market value for your house. Some of these companies charge a large ammount for what is in fact a drive-by survey. Even if you don't accept their offer, you still pay for the survey. IMO you would be better dropping the price drastically or selling at auction.
Not a good advert for your company is it when you are exposed as spamming liars?0
