Ebico switch

Applied to switch to Ebico a few weeks ago, yesterday we received our electric meter key. I called the CS number (to Southern Electric) to see when exactly we would be switched over.. I then asked when our gas would be supplied from and the agent said that the only service we have is for electric and not gas..
Waiting for a call back from Ebico.. If its been missed out by Ebico or SE will it take another 4 weeks to transfer over, or can they speed things up?
