Sonycard Pulsebeat Points

I have spent over £38,000 on goods and services on my Sonycard over the past few years and have tried to claim "Rewards" from their on-line catalogue,(which were never available)
The Pulsebeats Book is not owned by Sony, the content is not dictated by the people who manage it, MBNA if approached throw the blame for shortfalls on Sony or back to the depot at Diss
Now I have been hit with the following.
MBNA have cancelled £20,000 worth of points as they say they were not used in time (Small print), the fact that I had written evidence of my requests for items which were shown but not available was ignored by MBNA.
MBNA have effectivley short changed me of circa £200, not a lot of money , but it was my "Reward" for being loyal to that one card.
My response was a sharp pair of scissors and a shredded card being returned to Head of Customer Services at MBNA.
I would not touch their rubbish scheme again, go for cashback sites at least you can spend your money where and when you want and pay less for the goods

That is terrible. I am saving up my Pulsebeat points, but might try and cash them in now. I have only been saving for just over a year, so should not have to wory about them expiring but the fact they do not have available many items advertised is shocking.0
