I'd try Nintendo in the first instance.

Depending whats wrong with it, its not always difficult.

OH repaired DD's DS over christmas after she dropped it and broke the hinge (original DS, not DS Lite). Ordered a replacement shell from ebay for a fiver and its as good as new. The screen can also be easily replaced yourself.
  • I had my son's repaired the same day by nintendo and the wii took 3 days to come back after repair (luckily we are just down the road from the sevice centre!). They were both still in warranty though, so if it's still covered I would definately recommend the Nintendo Service Centre.
Well I can't stand by the side

  • check out ebay user ID ynysmon2007
  • I bought DS Lite for Xmas, took out of box Xmas Day did not work. Bought from Woolies, tried Nintendo, they looked and said it was liquid contamination and not under warranty and wanted £59 to repair. Needless to say I had them return it to me unrepaired, where do I go from here.
  • You could try. RepairTech. They have a website and repair ds/flatscreens etc .
  • Try this website: www.ps2laser.co.uk heard they offer reliable and warranted service on game console repairs and prices are good too.
